General
1.   What is National Play Day all about?
National Play Day is a large-scale community event held in celebration of parenthood in Singapore. Young families can look forward to a day of indoor and outdoor fun with over 20 activities to keep the whole family entertained.
2.   When is it happening?
Date: 19 December 2015, Saturday
Time: 8am – 9pm
Where: Singapore Sports Hub
3.   Is admission to the carnival and activities free?
Yes.
4.   Is there a programme schedule?

5.   Are the Carnival events and activities age-specific?
While most of the play zones are catered for young children aged one to 12, some zones cater to the young-at- heart at any age (e.g. the photo studio at the Xmas Zone). We welcome all as we celebrate parenthood and family at the Carnival!

6.   What are the event highlights?
Event highlights include the National Play Day Stroller Walk, a fun-filled carnival, and a night movie screening. You can also look forward to a wide variety of activities! Explore the website and find out more.
7.   Do I have to pay for every activity I sign up at National Play Day Carnival?
All activities at the Carnival are free, so enjoy!
8.   Can I sign up for activities on that day?
Most activities are based on first-come-first-served basis except for the creative workshops. As there’re limited slots for the craft workshops, we highly encourage you to sign up for your preferred workshop before the actual day. Check out our Workshops page for more information.
9.   How long does it take to do each activity?
Generally, each activity will take around 5 to 10 minutes. Workshop sessions are usually 30 to 60 minutes long.
10.  Must I stay throughout the Carnival?
Admission is free throughout the day; you may come and go as you wish. We won’t be surprised if you stay throughout since we have plenty to keep you engaged and entertained throughout the day!
11.  Is there a bag deposit?
We won’t have a bag deposit on site, so please travel light.
12.  Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed on the event grounds.
13.  Will there be people available to help take care of my child/children?
There are no babysitting or childcare facilities, as we’d like you to spend the day bonding with your little ones.
14.  What should I bring?
Bring along water, a cap, sunglasses, sun screen as well as swim gear, towels and extra set of clothes if you intend to let your little ones enter the water play area. Be sure to also dress your kids in comfortable clothing and shoes suited for participation in our carnival activities!

15.  How can I register for National Play Day Stroller Walk?
Spaces for Singapore’s first stroller walk have been fully subscribed. However, please come join us at the National Play Day Carnival and enjoy a day of fun with the family – for FREE!
16.  What should I do if I have accidentally deleted or lost my E-confirmation?
You may contact our staff at 6357 5071 (Mon - Fri: 10am to 6pm) or email mpbevents@mediacorp.com.sg with the subject header “NPTD Stroller Walk – Lost of E-confirmation”. Please include your Full Name, NRIC and Order Number in your email.
17. How do I know if my registration has been successful?
You will receive an E-confirmation via email from EventNook with your order summary indicated.
  • Order summary includes:
    • Order Number
    • Order Date
    • Total Amount
    • Order Status
18.  How can I make changes to my personal particulars after submitting my registration?
You may contact our friendly staff at 6357 5071 (Mon - Fri: 10am to 6pm) or email mpbevents@mediacorp.com.sg with the subject header“NPTD Stroller Walk - Change of Particulars”. Please include your Full Name, NRIC and Order Number in your email.
19.  Why have I not received an E-confirmation despite completing my registration?
There may be several reasons:
-    The email has been blocked by your mail server and/or treated as spam
-    There is an error in your email address
-    You have signed up using an offline form
If it is none of the above, please write in to mpbevents@mediacorp.com.sg to let us know you have not received your E-confirmation.
20.  Is there baggage deposit or a stroller parking area?
There are no baggage counters at the race site. Please keep all personal items and valuables with you. A stroller parking area is available.
Fun Pack Collection
21.  Where and when do I collect my fun pack?
Date: 5 – 6 December 2015, Saturday – Sunday
Time: 11am – 7pm

22.  What do I need to present in order to collect the fun pack?
Please show your E-confirmation slip & NRIC/Passport when you collect your fun pack. The confirmation slip can be presented via electronic device; you do not need to print the confirmation slip.
23.  What if I cannot collect the fun pack myself?
If you are unable to collect the fun pack, you may send a representative with the following:
  • A completed and signed hardcopy of the Authorization Form
  • A printed copy of your confirmation slip
  • A photocopy of your NRIC or Passport

In The Event Of...
1.   Can I get a refund of my Happy Family Bundle if I can’t come?
Registration is non-refundable.
2.   Can I transfer my Happy Family Bundle to others?
Yes, you may contact our staff at 63575071 (Mon - Fri: 10am to 6pm) or email mpbevents@mediacorp.com.sg with the subject header “NPTD Stroller Walk - Change of Register User”. Please include your Full Name, NRIC and Order Number in your email.
3.   What if it rains?
The event will go on if it rains. If the rain is exceptionally heavy and poses a risk, we will cease the affected activities. Every effort will be made to notify all participants. That’s also why we need your details when you register.
